Unapproved gatherings are not allowed. - Check-In Form: Completing the online check-in form is mandatory for all guests. - Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property - Care for the Apartment: Please treat the apartment with care. Avoid damaging the wooden floor, windows, doors, or any other furnishings. Any damage will be deducted from your deposit. - Extra cleaning: Please wash all dishes and take out the trash before leaving. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if dishes are left unwashed (20€) or trash is not disposed of properly (20€). - Quiet Hours: Respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. - Max Occupancy: Only the number of guests included in the reservation is allowed to stay. Additional guests must be approved in advance. - Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved beforehand.
